We stand behind our products.  If you are not satisfied with your Ambiance Cosmetics purchase, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from receipt of purchase. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  Return shipping charges are paid by the customer and are not refundable.  We suggest that you insure your return package as we are not responsible for damage done to your package by a third-party carrier.

The liability of Ambiance Cosmetics, Inc shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.  

Returns are simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Box up your items with the original packaging if possible. Be sure to remove any existing labels from the packaging.           
  2. Print out the shipping label and tape it to your package, ensuring that the bar code is clearly visible.
  3. Take the package to one of the shipping carrier's drop-off locations, or schedule a pick-up.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within 3-5 of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
